The piece is almost like a flame shape with the delicate tail fins in a light green yellow at the top like tip of flames. The colours deepen as we go further down to green mixed with blue finishing with a darker green at the base. The mix of these colours give movement to the piece as though we are swimming with the fish. A beautiful piece of art glass displayed against a black background enhancing the colours all the more.

The flared top areas of the vases are pierced with small dots circled with gold first then long pierced slots also gold circled. Below the pierced area there are 2 strings of multi-coloured flowers on white background. The white tapers to a point on 2 sides of the vase . From the base area, the deep turquoise blue extends upwards to 2 tapered points at opposite setting to the white points. The turquoise areas are highlight with gold garlands on the turquoise and gold fronds separate the white and blue. There is a small spray of white orchids between the 2 vases.
