Antique cameo brooch set in 9 karat rose gold. A beautifully detailed, intricately carved antique shell cameo set within 9 karat rose gold which compliments the cameo perfectly . There is some personalisation to the gold frame ‘Dreamy’ along the top and 24.2.1926 M.P.G. along the bottom on the gold frame. Hallmarked 9ct. The pin is not gold.
