Antique Geman Musterschutz bowl. Large porcelain bowl with embossed decoration of hazelnuts and leaves with the 3 feet also in the form of hazelnuts. Silver plate rim is hallmarked WMFN (Wurttemburgische Metallwarenfabrik Neusilber) with antler and letter O in rhombus. Stamped Musterschutz with the number 30 on the base. Very small dent and slight discolouration of the silver plate rim. Porcelain bowl is in excellent condition with only one very small chip below the silver rim. c1900 Measures approximately 150m apart each foot and 217mm in diameter across the top. The Antique German Musterschutz bowl is a highly decorative piece of porcelain and is the work of the WMFN factory in c1900. The beautiful bowl has many notable qualities one being the three feet that the bowl stands on are in the form of hazelnuts and leaves. The bowl has a silver plate rim and it is noted that a small chip is visible in one area however this does not detract from the beauty and craftsmanship of this item. To maintain the condition of the antique German Musterschutz bowl it is recommended to just dust it carefully when necessary.
