Photo of the mid-century Greek silver bowl seen looking straight down into the centre. There is an inner dip to the centre of the bowl which also has the hallmark. There are 5 finger nail shaped discs spaced out on the inside rim with what could be a wavy design in between each disc. Below the outer rim decoration which is elaborately embossed, there is a smooth silver inner ring with edges like lapping waves. Part of the starfish is still visible to top of photo.

Mid century sterling silver Greek bowl. A very attractive silver bowl with unusual decoration to the inner rim and tripod feet. Hallmarked to bowl centre 252 Xeipoe 925. Measures 138mm in diameter across the top and 42mm tall. The tripod feet stand 55mm apart. Weight 95 grams.
