Pair of small 2 handled Noritake vases. Lovely pair of small hand painted Noritake vases with phoenix in flight from the Phoenix & Dragon collection c1890-1921. Greek key design to the handles in gilt and around the rim in green. Both vases in good condition with only minimal gilt wear throughout. Each measures approximately 80mm in diameter at base, 60mm across the mouth. Very slight size difference between the two. Main photo of the two vases displayed side by side from an eye level. The Greek key handles are to either side of each vase and the phoenixes in the triangular panel are facing in towards each other. The base colour of the vases are brown with red, green, yellow and blue decorations and finished with gilt to handles, around base and mouth.
