Being an old soul, I never really relished the changes in my room nor wished it. I would rather stick to the old furniture around me than purchasing the new lifeless furniture now. The only reason is, old furniture has a fragrance of reminiscence and love. Reminiscence of past and love of artefact.

The eerie thought of not having my Kinnie around me, at times, deserts me because I am an attached soul to it. Kinnie is my grandmother’s chair that I now use in remembrance of her. But now it’s gotten old and I fear if I would no longer be able to use it. I wonder if people are like me attached to few things because they share a special memory or possibly personify it with someone.

This Vintage Chair (Kinnie) can no longer be with me but then, I gave it a thought of replacing it with a similar-looking chair. The idea wasn’t that bad. I looked out for a similar-looking chair but it was difficult yet after a yearlong search I could finally find it. At times it’s an emotional journey of memories from an era.
