Antique French Bijouterie Casket
Antique French circular bijouterie casket. A six sided circular casket with thick bevelled glass to the lid and 6 side ‘windows’. Each glass panel is held in place with gilded metal teeth and separated with gilt bunting panels to the top and bottom. Each of these panels are embossed with sun motifs and the whole ensemble rests on 3 feet. Red silk padded interior cushion finishes the regal feel of this wonderful piece. Measures 75mm at hexagonal central section and 66mm tall.
