Gold Blue Topaz Brooch

18 karat gold brooch with blue topaz flowers. A pretty wreath style brooch in 18 karat gold with beautifully sparkly blue topaz flowers. Hallmarked 750 to the back with Italian makers stamp 671AL. The pin, hinge and clasp are not gold. Measures approximately 40mm in diameter with a depth of 12mm excluding pin. Weight 11.6 grams.
