Vintage sterling silver pill box with carnelian. A striking little round sterling silver pill box with a large round carnelian cabochon to the lid. Very good sturdy hinge which allows the lid to stay open and not top heavy. Hallmarked 925 to base. Measures 35mm in diameter, the carnelian measuring 22mm. Overall height approximately 20mm. Weight 30gms.
