Antique French pierced silver ladle. Quality gilt silver ladle with very fine pierce work to ladle bowl and face of an aristocrat to handle tip. Worn hallmark to ladle handle at front above the bowl and 3 hallmarks to the back. Attributed for Paris assay c1819-1835. Bowl measures approximately 65mm in diameter. -
Small vintage casket shaped box in 800 Continental silver. Highly embossed silver work to all 4 sides with a village scene to lid. Looks a little lopsided with right side slightly lower than right. Hinged lid shuts nice and tight although rattles when closed if shaken. Hallmarked 800 to the base. -
