Vintage 9 karat gold seal ring. A nice solid ring in 9 karat gold with superimposed letters C, D & A in intaglio (hollow relief) to the agate stone. Hallmarked 9ct to inside band. Ring front measures approximately 14mm by 12mm. Box included. Ring size R / 8.5 Ring weight 8.9gms. -
c1890 Dore a Sèvres lidded pot. Fine quality antique lidded pot in white porcelain with gilt accent. In excellent condition for its age. Stamped to base. Measures 85mm in diameter, top opening measures 95mm in diameter and lid overhangs at 102mm in diameter. -
Vintage sterling silver fronted photo frame. Pretty Photo frame with relief worked sterling silver frontage of foliage design. Full hallmark to the bottom right of frame for c1996 Birmingham assay. Made by Ray Hall. Green velvet back and sides faded in places but in good order. Image area measures 55mm in diameter. -
Late 19th century Naples porcelain box. A heavy porcelain box moulded in high relief with scenes of scantily clad men and women disporting themselves in various ways. Beautifully hand-painted in bright vibrant colours and finished off with gilt accent. Some minor signs of wear. -
Small vintage wooden African mask. Lovely African mask carved from one piece of wood and coloured in natural pigment. Has a sweet smiling facial expression-even looks as though it is blowing kisses from certain angles- and an unmistakeable aroma of bonfires. -
Vintage Chinese carved root stand. A carved hardwood root form stand finished in a hard wearing glossy varnish. Some minor scuff marks to the flat top. Measures 145mm long and 135mm wide at base. Flat top area measures 140mm at longest and 125mm at widest. -
Vintage carved Chinese wooden stand. A nice sized Chinese stand in natural wood with lovely carved detail to the skirt under the stand and to the legs. Some repair work has been carried out as shown on photos. Outer diameter of top area measures 126mm and inner diameter measures 103mm. Widest area at top of legs measures 165mm. -
Sterling silver thimble in a fitted velvet case. Lovely sterling silver thimble in a fitted red velvet case with clasp. Fully hallmarked to the side of the thimble for c1927 Birmingham assay. Considerable wear to the velvet case. Thimble measures 20mm long and 16mm in diameter at opening. Thimble weight 2gms. -
Hand-painted miniature with brass frame. Lovely hand-painted miniature of a man fishing by the river under the trees and a second person asleep. Wonderful detail to this piece of art. Measures 75mm in diameter. Drop length from top of bail measures 92mm. -
Antique 2 handled sterling silver pot. Small 2 handled sterling silver pot with intricate relief pattern around the lower bulbous area. One cartouche has a profile of a medieval knight engraved to it while other cartouche is empty - for a damsel perhaps? Shapely handles and rim add to the elegance of this piece. Full hallmark to the base for London assay c1875. Made by Francis Higgins. Base measures 55mm in diameter, width across handles measures approximately 105mm and opening at top 60mm in diameter. -
