Late 19th century Faience inkwell. Antique inkwell attributed to Quimper and dated 1879 to the base. Beautifully hand painted in typical Quimper pottery colours with Brittany coat of arms and woman in traditional Breton costume. A couple of chips to the corners but otherwise in excellent condition for its age. -
Antique Sèvres 2 handled urn with lid. Beautifully handmade and hand-painted Sèvres urn with 2 handles and lid in royal purple and gilt with floral design throughout. Some gilt wear mostly on the rim of the lid otherwise in excellent condition. Late 19th century. Base measures 55mm square, width at widest across handles 130mm, opening at top 72mm in diameter -
c1890 Dore a Sèvres lidded pot. Fine quality antique lidded pot in white porcelain with gilt accent. In excellent condition for its age. Stamped to base. Measures 85mm in diameter, top opening measures 95mm in diameter and lid overhangs at 102mm in diameter. -
Late 19th century Naples porcelain box. A heavy porcelain box moulded in high relief with scenes of scantily clad men and women disporting themselves in various ways. Beautifully hand-painted in bright vibrant colours and finished off with gilt accent. Some minor signs of wear. -
Clarice Cliff 'Autumn Crocus' honey pot. A sweet and classic Clarice Cliff design honey pot hand-painted in the Autumn Crocus pattern. Shaped in the form of a beehive with a bee handle to the lid. In excellent condition throughout with only minor stain on small inside area. Signed Clarice Cliff to the base. c Late 1930s. Base of pot measures 96mm in diameter. Height excluding bee handle 85mm. -
Apple shaped preserve pot by Clarice Cliff. A fun, funky hand-painted preserve pot in the Fantasque Bizarre line, 'Summerhouse' pattern. In excellent condition. Signed to the base. c1931-1933. Measures 50mm in diameter at base, 95mm at bulbous middle and approximately 85mm at tallest. -
Art Deco sandwich set by Charlotte Rhead. A pretty and practical set comprising of a serving plate/tray with 2 shallow dish shaped plates connected with a handle to the centre and 6 small square side plates. Hand-painted in cheerful bright vibrant colours to cheer up any occasion. Design number 4133 'New Jazz' pattern c1928-1929. Each piece marked with the green Burleigh ware stamp with Rhead signature on the base of the serving plate. Visible crazing to each piece and some wear around the edge, especially around serving plate. Each small plate measure 145mm square and the serving plate/tray measures 330mm long,150mm wide and approximately 50mm tall by handle. -
Moorcroft 'lily come home' vase. Modern Moorcroft vase designed by Emma Bossons in a repeated design pattern of white lily flowers. Signed and dated to the base. Measures 80mm in diameter at base, 120mm in diameter at most bulbous part and 57mm in diameter across the top. -
Moorcroft 'Castle Garden' vase. Issued in a limited edition of 500, this vase was designed by Debbie Hancock and dated c1997. Measures 45mm in diameter to the base, 75mm in diameter at widest part and 38mm in diameter at opening. -
Moorcroft Frangipani Plumeria dish. Small round dish in cream with frangipani plumeria blossom. Stamped Moorcroft to the back and dated c1999. Measures 120mm in diameter and 75mm at base.
