The stone is framed in sterling silver with the cuff band in 3 rows; 2 plain at top and bottom and a twisted one at the centre. These gather at the end of the cuff.

The bracelet is constructed from a variety of glass beads; square cut ruby red beads make the central line with a large round red bead at the hinged area. There are almond shaped clear glass beads on the outer edges either side of the central red pointing inward and 2 small round clear glass beads either side of the large round red bead. There is green enamel around each bead and the main base is unmarked silver gilt.
