9 karat gold heart pendant with opals. A modern pendant in 9 karat gold set with opal cabochons and a small single round cut diamond off set to the right. The opals are very much alive with incredible colour play. Hallmark to the back and inside of the pendant bail which has a clip opening. Drop length 22mm from top of bail and 12mm at widest.
