The vintage 18kt gold & sapphire pendant is a splendid gold item in the shape of a heart. The pendant has scroll work around a beautiful star sapphire cabochon in its centre. The pendant has a hallmark of GH18kt on its bail and the pendant measures 25mm. To care for the vintage 18kt gold and sapphire pendant use a soft cloth and gently polish it.
