The top has an Oriental lantern like shape as does the glass panels which look like the Oriental paper panels. Each glass panel has an oval shape centre where the rural image is. The 4 corner segments around the painted centre is plain frosted glass. This is a lovely shade which would look great inside the house or outside on the porch or street lamp.
