Silver Salts & Spoons Set
A cased pair of sterling silver salts with spoons. A pair of late Victorian sterling silver salts with gilt interior. Hallmarked for London assay c1898. Maker unknown as hallmark too worn. There is some minor discolouration to the gilt. The spoons are not the original but marry up nicely and assayed in Birmingham c1915 and 1919. Salts measure 45mm apart at tripod feet, 52mm in diameter at top and 30mm tall. Silver weight 69grams.
