• Antique writing slope with stationery box from early Edwardian era. c1901-1904 leather bound mahogany wood writing slope including a leather bound ink bottle with clasp in excellent working order. There are several pieces of personalised stationery inside along with a page turner, ink pens and quills. The writing slope is on opposing side of the stationery and within the slope compartment, there is a leather bound blotter pad. The underside of the slope has a criss-cross of perishing elastic which would have been used to hold letters or documents. There is a laminated full detailed information about the item inside along with a history of the Bramah Lock Company. A truly wonderful historic piece with many stories to tell! The birds are hand-painted so not identical which adds extra charm to these fine porcelain birds.   • Vintage Moorcroft vase in orchid pattern. Small bulbous Moorcroft vase in sea green/blue with a pink and mauve orchid to either side. Moorcroft stamp to the base. In good condition with only minimal crazing. c1940s. Measures 68mm in diameter at base, 105mm at widest and 40mm across the top.
  • George III sterling silver candlesticks. Very fine pair of George III sterling silver candlesticks with scallop detail throughout. Assayed in London by silversmith Ebenezer Coker c1766. Full hallmark to the base and short hallmarks to neck of candlesticks and to the inside neck of the sconces. Both candlesticks are engraved CEM and have an engraved bird with oak branch & acorn to the top of sconces and lower area of the sticks. Each stick measures 275mm tall and 150mm in diameter at base. Candle slot is 22mm. Weight 47 Troy ounce. Recommend collection from store only.
  • Vintage cranberry glass jug. Handblown mid sized etched cranberry glass jug. Etched star burst pattern to the almost clear base and criss-cross design to the top. Measures 105mm in diameter at base and 130mm at widest from tip of spout to handle.
  • Deer and squirrel brooch Georg Jensen. A wonderful sterling silver brooch designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen of a deer seated in rest while a squirrel is busy in the foliage above. c1950. This brooch was produced from 1936-1944 and 1949-1965. Fully hallmarked to the back. Design number 318.
  • Korean silver box with enamel decoration. An ample sized 980 silver box decorated with enamel to the lid. The enamel decoration is of a beautiful blooming lotus flower with a water fowl in the background. There are some signs of enamel wear especially around the sides of the box. There is also a dint in the top left corner of lid by the lotus flower with some missing enamel and some small cracks in the enamel water to the right. Hallmarked Made in Korea Silver 98% to the base. 78grams.
  • Bird and vine brooch Georg Jensen. Sterling silver brooch of a bird in flight with a ring with some stylised vines in a V form below. Designed by Arno Malinowski c1950. This design was produced during years 1936 - 1944 and 1949 - 1965. Fully hallmarked to the back.

  • Kneeling deer brooch Georg Jensen. Sterling silver brooch of a kneeling deer designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen. Crafted in an Art Deco style. This design was produced between the years 1936 to 1944 and 1949 to 1965. This brooch dates to c1950s. Fully hallmarked to the back.
  • Czech made Chřibská glass bowl. Eye catching vibrant pink iris flower shaped bowl with a purple centre. Most probably manufactured for use as an ashtray, it will enhance any home as a piece of art glass. Designed by Josef Hospodka c1964-1970. There are some minor signs of wear especially scratch marks to the base and a small nick as seen in photo.
  • Late Victorian pill box. Small sweet sterling silver pill box by silversmiths Horton and Allday of Birmingham c1900. Lovely scrollwork design to the main body with a plain silver top which could be personalised if required. Gilt silver interior.   • Antique sand art picture from the Isle of Wight. Late 19th / early 20th century picture made entirely of the coloured sands from Alum Bay on the Isle of Wight. This artwork shows the famous coloured sands of Alum Bay with the Needles chalk rock formation to the right. Some of the colours in this picture are no longer available today. Set on original mount, frame & glass with no visible artists signature. Original label also on the back. Minor discolouration on the gilt mount to top left and right with some signs of wear to the frame.
  • Antique pill box in the form of a tricorn hat. Late Victorian novelty sterling silver pill box shaped as a three-sided hat with a floral design to the top. The opening is on the underside where the lid is decorated with birds and a cherub tending to flowers. There are several hallmarks including London assay c1897 importer David Bridges along with German Hanau hallmarks.
  • Vintage double desk set by Parker. Very chic desk top double pen set. The set consists of 2 Vacumatic fountain pens, one with 14kt gold fine point nib and other with a gilt metal italic nib. The stand, in smooth black granite like stone has a pen rest and an oval space probably for the ink bottle. The whole set is colour coordinated in black and brass with brown to the pen ends which twist off to reveal the filling mechanism. Each pen measures 210mm long. Pen holder slots are 75mm tall. Stand measures 75mm long, 113mm wide and 22mm.
  • Iron wild boar figure. Very heavy solid small wild boar made entirely of iron. Minimalist detailing which still emits the features of a wild boar. Heavy item for collection from store only.
  • Art Nouveau sterling silver pill box. Good size pill box in sterling silver with relief image to the top of lid of a long haired maiden with flowers looking dreamily out towards the horizon. Hallmark to the inside of box for Chester assay c1900 and made by William Neale. Small dint to the back right. 40grams in weight.
  • Georgian tea caddy. A fine quality 2 compartment Georgian sarcophagus tea caddy in rosewood on 4 feet with working lock and key. The compartments have been stripped of their lining. There are some signs of wear consistent with age including a crack in the wood at the base.
  • Art Nouveau bronze by Emmanuel Villanis. Late 19th century bronze of biblical character Eve with apple. Signed E. Villanis to the cloth with foundry seal stamp to the back for Societé des bronzes de Paris. Heavy item for collection in store only.
  • Antique Dutch sterling silver tea caddy. A small and extensively relief decorated small sterling silver tea caddy on 4 feet. The decoration on the lid is of a farming scene with shepherds, sheep and cattle and the side depicts a deer hunt. There are several hallmarks with the main one on the inside rim to the left. Imported with London assay office Alfred Lewis.

  • Vintage Asprey & Co Ltd abalone salt and pepper. Beautiful oval shaped abalone salt and pepper pots finished with sterling silver bases. The flat egg shape of these pots make them very easy to hold. Both hallmarked to the base for London assay c1971. Both pots are missing their stoppers. Measurements approximately 52mm at longest in the middle, 15mm at widest and 70mm tall.

  • Art Deco hand decorated vase. Eye catching Art Deco vase hand decorated with a floral and foliage theme and accentuated with geometric shapes at the base. Marked D M116F 314 to the base. Measures 100mmin diameter at base, 100mm across the mouth and 150mm at bulbous area near the top.
  • Antique M.O.P snuff bottle. An unusual early 20th century mother-of-pearl snuff bottle carved from one piece of mother-of-pearl. Even the snuff spoon attached to the top are both made of mother-of-pearl. A lovely piece with the contours of the shell providing a natural thumb hold. In excellent condition.
  • Zsolnay porcelain polar bear ornament. Striking porcelain polar bears in the famous Eosin glaze. This glaze technique was created by Vilmos Szolnay which produces iridescent metallic colours unique to each piece. These polar bears are in iridescent green with hues of gold and blue featuring in the colour play. Stamped to the base.
  • 18 karat gold and diamond ring from the Art Deco era. Unusual wide gallery setting to house the 16 sparkling old brilliant cut diamonds. Hallmarked 18 on inside band with approximately 1.5 carats in diamonds. Ring size P / 7.75. Weight 4.9grams.
  • Mexican sterling silver heavy bracelet. A nice and solid sterling silver bracelet made by Taxco of Mexico with a stylised wave design to the front. Good secure open box clasp with hinges on either side which ensures the bracelet opens fully. Small nick on the silver as shown. Inside measurement when closed 65mm by 42mm. Weight 114grams.

  • Silver collar necklace marked Ag. Beautiful collar necklace with rectangular silver panels each embellished with 2 small turquoise stones and a small silver filigree ball hanging from the ends. Each panel is separated by 2 coral beads, short to the top and longer at the bottom to create the rigid U shape of the collar. Possibly a bridal piece. Hallmarked Ag to the clasp ring and marked 930 made in Israel to back of one end panel. Measures approximately 400mm long. One panel length with end ball measures approximately 35mm.
  • Antique bar brooch with a swallow to the centre. Sweet Edwardian bar brooch in unmarked 9 karat gold with a silver swallow encrusted with rose cut diamonds. The pin closes a little loose and needs attention.
  • Vintage panther bracelet in gilt metal. Fabulous c1980s designed costume jewellery with 2 panthers encrusted in sparkly cubic zirconia and blue glass spots to create a panthers markings. Extra secure fastening with open box clasp and hook clips to both top and bottom. No visible markings. Inside measurement when closed 62mm by 55mm. Opening extends to 65mm. Weight 104grams.
  • Novelty salt and pepper set in chrome. Funtastic novelty chrome salt and pepper pots fitting onto an aeroplane shaped stand to form the planes engines. Bristol blue glass lining to each pot. Registration number 876205 below the planes tail. Made in England. The salt pot has signs of wear to the chrome and the dispensing hole at the top. Pots measure 28mm in diameter at base and 50mm tall. The stand measures 95mm at longest, 125mm at widest across wing span and 120mm at tallest.
  • Dove of peace and love necklace by Georg Jensen. Heart shaped pendant with dove of peace and love with olive branches designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen c1933-1944. Full hallmark to back of pendant. Design number 97. Included a long sterling silver chain which is unmarked. Pendant drop length 48mm with width of 44mm at widest.

  • Vintage Vogue compact and lipstick holder set. An original Vogue cased set consisting of a compact with cover and a lipstick holder. Both in a lovely gilt metal with a floral decoration in an off white colour. Both compact and lipstick holder have some contents within. The case is original with signs of wear on the outside, foxing to the lining inside and the top half of clasp is missing.
  • Vintage ostrich skin handbag by Ackery of London. c1980s cream and gold ostrich skin bag with 3 inside pockets (one with button shut cover) Lined in suede. In good condition throughout. Drop length 370mm from top of handle.
  • Antique oil on canvas. Beautiful glazed oil painting of a family of 7 Blue Tits amongst daisies and foliage c1880. The oil is attributed to Swedish artist Bruno Liljefors, unsigned. Painting needs attention to secure into frame at back.
  • Vintage abalone shell collar. Stunning South Seas collar made entirely of graduating abalone or paua shell pieces including the clasp. Worn with the brighter shell side up with shell pieces curving outward, it could also be worn reversed with muted colours on display. The approximate inside length of the collar is 410mm. The longest shell piece at the front measures 90mm long.
  • Cymric cake forks for Liberty & Co. Fabulous original set of sterling silver Cymric cake forks designed by Archibald Knox for Liberty & Co. Lovely blue/green enamel with tulip design to the handle Each fork is fully hallmarked to the back for Birmingham assay c1913. Original case has some foxing to the interior otherwise in good condition with catches in good order.
  • Art Nouveau tazza. Gorgeous tazza with a four footed brass base embossed with tulips and nasturtium leaves. The wavy edged bowl is of multi coloured glass with pink bottom, milky light blue mid section and finished in a vibrant bright green rim. The bowl measures 265mm across the top and 135mm foot to foot at the base.
  • Antique Tibetan turquoise necklace. 19th century necklace with large pieces of Tibetan turquoise stones. Long necklace with large pieces of Tibetan mountain turquoise stones separated with white metal chain. The necklace does not have a clasp so intended for wearing long. The beads average around 30mm long with varying widths. Weighs 96 grams.
  • Cymric spoons for Liberty & Co. Original cased set of sterling silver Cymric spoons designed by Archibald Knox for Liberty & Co. Vibrant blue/green enamel with stylised tulip design to handle tip. Each spoon is fully hallmarked for Birmingham assay c1933 and measures 128mm long. Some staining on the the inside silk lining of case with minor signs of wear to exterior. Catches are both in good order.
  • Rare brass tray featuring Punch. Mid Victorian brass tray decorated to the centre with highly detailed embossed images throughout. The central image is of Punch himself as an artist at the easel with humorous touches. This image was used as the cover of Punch Magazine April 1916. The central Punch scene has a floral border and finished with a galley around the tray, ornate handles and ball feet. A truly rare and fabulous piece.

  • Antique Chinese large agate totem. A large disc agate with white metal banding decorated on both sides with an ascending big cat, possibly an Asian golden cat, a symbol of good luck & prosperity with a butterfly to its left and right which are symbols of longevity. The disc itself is a totem to ward off evil as well as a good luck symbol for wealth and prosperity. Possibly given as a gift for new home or business and would have had a red silk ribbon to hang it. Weighs 82 grams.

  • Pair of Art Nouveau sweetmeat dishes. Colourful pair of late Victorian Art Nouveau majolica sweetmeat dishes by Worcester. Each triple footed dish has 3 dolphins entwined to create the column which houses a scallop shaped shell like dish. The colour combination of turquoises and sea greens against pinks and yellow give these pieces are true under the sea look. Some chips to the paint and some scallop edges. Each dish measures approximately 105mm by 105mm at the base, 103mm tall and 143mm in diameter to the dish at top.
  • Coffee/tea service for 2 by Hammersley. White and gold set in Golden Glory pattern consisting of a coffee pot, jug, sugar bowl, 2 cups and 3 saucers (1 spare!) Very elegant set in white with gold roses and trim c1950s. All pieces are in excellent condition with a lovely ringing sound when pinged, no chips, cracks or crazing. Minor gilt wear around jug spout and rim of both tea cups. The pot measures 98mm in diameter at base, 210mm at longest across spout & handle, 145mm at widest and 220mm tall with lid. Sugar bowl measures 55mm in diameter at base, 95mm across top and 53mm tall. Jug measures 55mm in diameter at base, 112mm long at spout and handle, 85mm wide and 112mm at tallest (handle). Cups measure 43mm at base, 96mm across top, 108mm long to handle and 58mm high. Saucers measure 145mm in diameter and 18mm high.
  • Victorian jet miniature table. Antique carved Whitby jet miniature table inlaid with a fine ammonite specimen to the table top. Amazing carved detailing to the jet. The table appears to have had a few repairs during its long life and stands slightly on the skew - this does not detract from the fine quality of this piece. Table top measures 72mm by 62mm, the base measures 50mm by 45mm.
  • Miniature bronze of Venus de Milo. Wonderfully detailed miniature bronze of Venus de Milo showing the different textures to skin, hair, gown. Fine patina to the bronze which dates to c1890. Measures 25mm at longest and 20mm at widest.
  • Tea set consisting of 4 stackable pieces. Unusual stackable tea service in mixed metals of stainless steel, copper and brass. The interiors are stainless steel, with verdigris effect outer patina and finished in brass decorations of an underwater theme. The set consists of a tea pot, a cup, a jug and a bell which doubles as a lid for the tea pot. Tea pot measures 185mm long, 135mm wide and 75mm tall. Jug is 105mm long, 64mm wide and 35mm tall. Cup is 85mm long, 64mm wide and 32mm tall. Bell is 74mm in diameter at base and 70mm tall.
  • Victorian brooch in carved jet and bone. A substantial sized brooch of beautifully carved Whitby jet with an intricately carved bone detail of a stag applied to the centre. The stag is central to a frame of flora with a tree to the background. This is craftsmanship of the highest order and remains in excellent condition. Believed to be from the Grand Period of the Victorian era c1861-1880. Tube hinge and c clasp fastening with extended pin.
  • Ammonite inside a split rock. A lovely ammonite fossil embedded inside a small rock that has been split open. From the Eastern coast of England. Quite a heavy piece for its small size weighing in at 777gms.
  • Victorian cigarette holder in original case. Elegantly shaped cigarette holder with an exotic bird engraved on the cigarette end of holder. Gilt metal band to the end. Holder measures 102mm long. Case has some signs of wear.
  • Moorcroft table lighter in magnolia pattern. c1950s magnolia pattern table lighter with pink magnolias set against a dark blue background. Impressed Moorcroft stamp to the base. The lighter is in good working order. Measures 52mm at base and approximately 70mm at widest mid area.
  • Vintage egg shaped paperweight by Murano. A clear glass mid sized egg shaped paperweight with an inner 3 dimensional image which is only clearly visible in a certain light and angle. The inside form is of purple/brown stripes to one area which are connected to almost invisible golden strands. A truly wonderful piece of art by the great Murano glass master Archimede Seguso.   • Double photo frame in sterling silver. A nice sized photo frame for 2 profile photos in a decorative sterling silver setting with blue velvet backing.   • A Moorcroft shallow bowl in clematis pattern. Mid sized shallow bowl in iconic Moorcroft green with a single large purple clematis flower covering the whole bowl centre. c1947-1953. Measures 190mm across the top, 100mm at the base and 35mm deep.
  • Antique 18 karat gold and diamond bangle style bracelet. c1870 unmarked 18 karat gold bracelet with beautiful old rose cut diamonds. The main body of the bracelet is in a slightly rosy toned yellow gold with the diamonds set on sterling silver to highlight the old rose cut diamonds. Secured with a small push catch and a gold safety chain for added security. Inner dimensions when closed; 60mm by 50mm.
  • Oriental lantern style light shade c1920s. Orient inspired Art Deco light shade in glass and metal. The panels are of frosted glass with identical coloured image to the central area of a rural scene at sunset. There are some very minor signs of wear consistent with age. The gap for light at top of shade is 30mm in diameter. The top widest area of shade is 130mm square.
  • Large Moorcroft bowl in clematis pattern. A generously sized William Moorcroft bowl decorated in clematis pattern c1947-1953. Very slight mis-glazing in a couple of spots otherwise in excellent condition. Measures 250mm in diameter across top, 90mm at the base and 55mm tall.

  • Art Nouveau jug in sterling silver. A small silver jug in a wonderfully unmistakeable Art Nouveau design. Hallmarked for London assay c1913, the jug is made and registered to Reed & Sons of Newcastle upon Tyne. Weight 118gms.
