Signed Zuni Needlepoint Set
Vintage signed Zuni needlepoint set. A rare opportunity to own a full 4 piece set of Zuni needlepoint jewellery made and signed by Libert Peyketewa. The set comprises of a necklace, cuff bracelet, ring and stud earrings. The necklace has 3 needlepoint sections; at the top an oval disc with 43 stones, a larger circular disc below with 53 stones and hanging from that a curved section with 14 stones and 13 silver strands at bottom. The chain length is 440mm. The cuff bracelet matches the circular disc of the necklace only larger with 79 stones in total and has opening on 40mm. The width of the front disc measures 53mm with length of whole turquoise area measuring 65mm. The ring matches the top oval disc of necklace and has 42 stones with the front measuring 43mm by 36mm. Ring size is approximately L. The earrings match the centre area of the circular disc of necklace and cuff with 11 stones to each and a diameter of 25mm. The necklace, cuff bracelet and ring all have signature of Libert Peyketewa to the back and earrings have stg to posts and sterling to butterfly fasteners. Weight 93 grams.
