Main photo of guilloche enamel mirror compact displayed upright with the peppermint green and white enamel top of lid facing forward. The mirror compact is leaning against a rock of natural desert rose. The enamel design is mesmerizing and quite hypnotic with the centre in white with wavy lines which appear to move if you look too long. The outer area around the white guilloche is a lovely shade of peppermint green with a fern like foliage at the north south east and west marks. Very Art Deco in style and look. Add to basket

Main photo looking at the box from a slight height and looking diagonally downward at design on the lid. At the centre, is a male to the left with female in period clothing. The man is holding the ladies hand with one hand and in the other he has his hat. He is wearing boots, a long coat and also has a sword in his belt. Perhaps a sailor? The lady is in a long dress and holding a rather large fan which obscures the upper part of her body. Her hair is tied up in a bun and she appears a little coy at being courted.
