A small sterling silver compact with a royal blue guilloche enamel top and an applied naval crown. Interior is gilt lined with mirror i side the lid. Short hallmark to the side and faded full hallmark on base with makers stamp Gieves Ltd, retailers for the Royal Navy. c1932. Measures 50mm in diameter and 10mm deep. Weight 40 grams.
