Main photo of gold sapphire diamond ring displayed on a small rock of natural lapis lazuli with the ring front forward facing. The ring has a split band at the front but it is a solid split with a piece of gold joining the ends solid just before the sapphires. In this photo, the pear cut sapphire is at the top with the 2 round cut diamonds visible to its right in the band. Main photo of large flying cranes bowl displayed looking straight into the decorated inside of bowl. The background base colour is of different shades of grey lines in a swirl matching the natural turn marks of the bowl. To the top left edge is a yellow sun with a band of white inside. Wispy white clouds are dotted about and 5 cranes are seen flying towards the left. The cranes are different in size giving depth with the largest in the foreground. They are white with black stripes to the wings. At the bottom is the sea in 2 shades of blue with yellow patches interpreted as the suns reflection on the water. The combination of grey lines in the background, wispy white clouds, black stripes on wings and the siege of cranes in flight gives this piece a mysterious movement - you feel as though you are flying with the birds. Wonderful piece of art. Add to basket
